Problem: Offline Bilder -> Erstelle Bildordner

Hallo,
könnt Ihr Euch bitte einmal die Funktion "Offline Bilder->Erstelle Bildordner" anschauen? Hier scheint es noch einige Probleme zu geben.

Für eine geringe Anzahl an ausgewählten Caches werden die Bildordner korrekt erstellt. Bei einer größeren Anzahl (bei mir ca. 2.000 Stck.) scheint die Erstellung irgendwann zu stoppen und es fehlen eine ganze Reihe an Ordnern und Bildern. Grundsätzlich sind aber alle Bilder in GAPP vorhanden, denn bei der Einzelauswahl der Caches werden die Ordner korrekt erstellt.

Hallo Kai,
ich kann den Fehler hier nachvollziehen. Ich komme bei der Funktion auf sage und schreibe 193 Bilder. Im "ImgGrab" Ordner sind allerdings 21000 Bilder und wenn ich für GDAK Caches samt Bildern exportiere komme ich auch auf mehrere 1000 Bilder.

Ich denke Robert liest mit und wird sich dazu noch melden.

Hi Robert,
i have tested it with that checkbox checked and unchecked and get both times the same number of images: 193 images here for 37000 selected caches.

If I export the same selection with images to GDAK it is already at 1400 with the first exported 4000 caches (will take a while to complete).

schon mal Dank für's Testen. Da ist auch gleich noch ein weiterer Fehler aufgetaucht. Bei dem GDAK-Export werden anscheinend keine Spoilerbilder sondern nur die Cachebilder abgestellt.

Fehler oder Feature da kann man sich streiten. Der GDAK Export enstand noch bevor es den "Spoilerbilder" Import im GAPP gab. Aber da GDAK meines Wissens auch eine Spoilerbilder-funktion hat ergibt der Export von Spoilerbildern natürlich Sinn.

SKAMS is right regarding GDAK offline images. When the GDAK export was created, GAPP had only the images within the description and there was no LiveAPI data with the extra images.
However, GDAK export should be changed to also export images not within the description itself. But it is not a bug.

Right now I am working hard on getting GAPP SF at the level of GAPP. After that I will extend both applications at the same time. However, bugfixes for GAPP will have a higher priority, meaning that the creation of the offline image folder should be fixed.

I checked the code, but strangely, I cannot see what is wrong there. Therefore, I have created the feature in GAPP SF also now to see if this results in the same export.

Is it possible for you to try this feature in GAPP SF? (needs .NET 4.5.1)
You can download it from the gapp download page on the gapp site. It is only 1 executable.
Under windows you will find the Offline images control (or use Feature menu)
Select the geocaches and download the images.
In export you can create the image folder.

If you get the expected correct results, then I know it is a bug in GAPP.

Note:
GAPP SF should export the spoiler images also. This will be added to GAPP later also.
