Probleme beim Downloaden eines Cartridge

Ich kann kein Cartridge runterladen, bekomme ich immer folgende Fehlermeldung:

Kann damit jemand etwas anfangen, damit ich einen WherIgo runterladen kann?

Was ich noch festgestellt habe ist, wenn ich mich direkt nach'm Neustart bei Wherigo anmelde, dann klappt einmal der Download...
