Thank you for your email. Unfortunately, a username change is not an option. The version of the software we are using doesn't reflect the changes. You are of course welcome to make any necessary changes to your profile to reflect any updates.
If you wish to pursue creating a new username, you may want to review this page as it will allow you to determine if your intended username is available http://www.geocaching.com/email/.
If you are a Premium Member, please let me know the old and new usernames so that I can transfer your membership over. Please make sure that both usernames share the same email address. NOTE: Transferring your Premium Membership to your new username will not transfer any trackable items, caches or finds. These you will have to transfer or log manually.
To transfer any trackable items or geocaches that you own, please visit this page 'http://www.geocaching.com/adopt'. If you are responsible for any categories with waymarking.com, you will lose this privilege as it is non-transferrable.
