Erstellen von Garmin Poi Dateien

Was kann ich alles in den Garmin Poi Export hinzufügen?

Welche Befehle gibt es alles?
Mir sind leider nur folgende bekannt:

Kennt ihr noch mehr Abkürzungen?

vielleicht ist es noch wichtig zu wissen, ich will die POI Date später im Oregon 300 nutzen.
